My daughter just got her bfs 360 as he upgraded to the One. I have my own 360. Both 360s have minecraft on the harddrive but we only have silver live accounts, so unsure if online multiplayer is an option.
Now on the regular xbox, you could link the xboxs together to play multiplayer games on 2 different tvs [had halo deathmatches with 6-8 people this way], is it possible to link 2 360s for multiplayer minecraft this way?
I don't think you can. Minecraft on the Xbox 360 has never supported System Link; whereas I think that at least some of the versions of Halo do. Adding a support for System Link has been suggested a few times... so far, no response. I don't think they are considering it... even though it would be nice for families that has more than one Xbox 360 and more than one TV but don't want to go through the internet (online games) to play together.
