Hi people, have been looking online for an hour trying to find a seed that I was interested in, but I've had no such luck. All of them seem to be about diamonds or villages and all I really want is some cool natural landforms and some flat building space. Some mountains with flat edges, like far lands would be nice... Could anyone help me out?
There are several listed in our seeds section. Since the sort of seed you're describing is not especially popular (everyone has been looking for an all in one survival seed), the threads for them have fallen off the first page. Here is one I posted on December 30, 2015:
The mesa is pretty spectacular as is the Savannah M biome that generates next to the Bryce Mesa section. There is also an interesting hallow mountain with a single spruce on it elsewhere on the map. There is a good amount of flat terrain as well.
Keep in mind that seeds are generating technical biomes somewhat erratically right now (this should be fixed, per 4J, in the bug fix that should be released soon). At any rate, if the Bryce Mesa doesn't generate for you, try creating the world again and it should show up. Also, keep in mind that the seeds on the Xbox 360 are not generating very high... with most formations topping out somewhere around Y106 to Y109. Very, very occasionaly, I have generated seeds with a very small amount of higher terrain... but it's relatively rare.
