My brother just bought the 1st birthday cape on xbox360 but when he joins the game he doesn't have the cape, why is this? Is it disabled or like does he need to redownload it or sign in to Xbox live because he's not currently not signed it.
Yes, the cape is equipped as an accessory to your Xbox avatar, not your in-game character. This applies to all other things in the marketplace as well.
