I play Xbox 360 edition Minecraft, and I am having a bit of a villager problem.
I live in a house beside a desert with a small four building NPC village that has six villagers in it. Two Librarians, one Blacksmith, one Priest, and two farmers. I moved these villagers from their village to my home, in the hopes of having better access to the villager trades. I could use access to saddles, diamond swords, and other useful things that the villagers have, and right outside my door no less. The only problem is getting the villagers to breed. I have provided over 64 doors in the village I built for them, still nothing. Can anyone assist me with this predicament? I need some villager breeding stats.
As Akynth said, make sure your doors are valid as "village houses." It should take 3 doors per villager, so you should be starting to see hearts when you get to 21 valid doors (with 6 villagers). Another possibility is that the world is at the villager cap of 50 villagers (e.g. is there an iron golem farm somewhere in the world, because one of those usually has about 40 villagers... and that essentially eats up the cap).

Retired StaffMake sure you have valid doors. Check the wiki for a good explanation of what actually counts as a 'door' to the game.
