So in the end this whole wait was a waste of time. Go figure, right? I mean its not like I had been waiting since last year

or anything like that. Oh no. I installed the update with glee. I EXPECTED the update to have the halloween mash-up

pack. I EXPECTED to pay $3.99. I EXPECTED to be roaming around and enjoying the new textures.

What do I get? The new star wars skins showed up. My halo mash-up "evolved" into halo guardians but wait...What?

The halloween mash-up pack does not show up in the in-game extras. So in good faith I try to check the minecraft in-game

store. All that shows up is the festive mash and greek plus trials of each. The resr do not even show up. So I exit and try

again... Nothing. Ok, again? Still... Nothing.

So I turn off the console and restart it. Maybe it just didn't pick up the update files yet. Check the xbox in-game store and

still nothing. Check the minecraft in-game store still nothing. So I try exitting minecraft a dozen more times to get the in-game

store to properly load. Nothing. Just empty nothingness. Every time. How am I to buy my mash-up pack? The xbox store

does not list the mash-up pack and the minecraft store does not even load HALF THE TIME! and even when it does "load",

it is missing 3/4 THE CONTENT! STUFF I ALREADY BOUGHT DOES NOT SHOW UP! IT HAS BEEN 10 MONTHS OF

WAITING! For what? A forsaken update to a broken game that won't even register the new information because 4J just

cannot even keep it together. Not even in the one place that it should matter most to them, their own store. 10 months man.

Halloween is my favorite holiday. I WAS excited. Now... not so much.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go and try to troubleshoot this some more. Something I shouldn't even NEED to do.

I have great internet speeds and good connection but perhaps it is the problem. If I can't figure this out then I give up.

In gaming in general. This stupid game has been my obssession for the better part of the last year. This one thing that I

had looked forward to. Oh well... Right? You were able to get it. Thats all that matters.

Ok so I guess I'm just not supposed to get it. I have done everything I can think of. I disconnected my internet for 5 minutes

and plugged it back in. I have erased the update file and redownloaded it. searched the xbox in-game store numerous times.

Searched the minecraft store numerous times. I even went to the xbox website and tried buying it from there. Nothing.

Why isn't the mash-up pack showing up?

It is on the xbox site as a purchaseable add-on but it won't let me purchase anything because I am on a 360. Go figure.
