Yes, I have seen this, and I don't really drink nor do I take hallucinagens... but then again, I do have others in my household who like to play pranks on me. If you're not just trolling us, I suggest you have a discussion with your siblings, etc. Definitely not a bug.
I don't waste time trolling. I play with my daughter and just trying adventure mode to the end to see the difference from survival about every 2 of our days and now there is a building with anvils potion brewing stands.

As SoulEmpire said - ask your daughter if she's logging onto the Xbox as you when you're not there... then, ask others in your family the same question. The thing about the Xbox within households is that most people don't bother securing their login, so signing on as someone else is as simple as clicking on their profile rather than your own. Once someone is logged in as you, they can access any world you've made without you being there.

The only structures the game creates are made when you first start a map. Any structures created after that time have to be created by someone. If new buildings are being made than someone is making them (someone who has access to your xbox and/or someone who you allow to join your game via xbox live). Those replying to your original post are a little dubious of it since, from time to time, people (generally children) will post about structures mysteriously appearing in their game and claiming it is the result of a fictitious entity that doesn't and never has existed as part of the game.
Another possibility? Are you playing in the tutorial world? 4J have made some additional buildings in that world (and some of the are quite elaborate) to help instruct players on various aspects of the game.
Well the game is not online and we don't have other gamers linked with our Xbox and my daughters doesn't make buildings like these not only that for the last few days she hasn't played due to being in trouble. But things still grow. Unless someone has my profile
There are something like 10 million console Minecraft players (and I'm probably underestimating). If this was something that was somehow done by the game itself, if it was only ever seen by 1% of the players (either in their own games or their friends' games), and if only 1% of them posted about it here on the forums, there would be 1,000 threads about it. Actual number of threads about this to date: zero.
I tend to think about things like the technician I used to be. What's different between the affected units (your game) and the unaffected units (everyone else's games)? Well, you have the same hardware they do. You have the same software they do. The only difference is the meatware -- that is, your family and any other people who have access to your console. So, given that the software and the hardware are the same, the cause of the issue must be in the meatware. I'd take a very hard look at who has access to your 360, and when, because someone with that access is the one doing it.

Considering none of those are in the 360, either you are attempting to fool someone or on another platform.
Perpetually negative
Either:
1) You're Trolling.
or
2) Someone else is using your account/accessing your world and building those things.
There are no other options.
Those are the most likely options, there could be other explanations. Maybe they have some form of psychosis and are hallucinating the entire thing.
Blackout-drunk crafting??
Could be, that's why it seems like things magically appeared.
When I blackout things disappear. My money, my car keys... my dignity.
