I've read quite a bit online (always conflicting information of course) and can not locate the end portal in the only stronghold the Eye of Enders will lead to. I've dug quite a bit. Spent over an hour on it.
Dont want to invest more time if it's pointless. Ironically, I already started over once because my first seed lacked a village.
Any pros out there have the ability to confirm that my seed is indeed end-portal-less?
a) When did you create your world? If it was before the last couple of updates, the structures generated in the duplicate world created by Phoenix may have changed locations. I know that the mineshafts have changed locations in my favorite seed since the last couple of updates, so the structures code seems to have changed recently.
I cannot explain why the world BP created would be different than yours; but I have seen something similar way back when when I was hunting for another fellow's mineshaft. All I can suggest is that you yourself create a duplicate of the seed in creative and compare the generation. Back then, some creations of the world had the mineshaft and others did not. I put it off to one being made in survival and the other ones being made in creative mode. Let us know if the two worlds you create turn up different from each other. (Come to think of it, that was a negative seed as well.... hmm.) There have been many reported instances of chests not generating in the stronghold in creative mode, which is a bug they were supposed to have fixed a short while ago... I wonder if the fix just made the issue worse again.
If they come out the same on your system, then at least you can hunt around the one in creative mode yourself using the x-ray vision trick (which is a bug or glitch, but 4J themselves have stated on the bug tracker that they do not intend to fix it ever, so I am assuming that makes it an approved part of the game.)
I created the world in survival mode, and then tried to find the end portal in creative mode on a separate seed but no luck. That's what led me to posting here.
Thanks you guys for trying to help figure this out.

If you are careful, you may be able to duplicate your survival seed so that you can put a copy of that exact world into creative mode to search. For safety's sake. Get 2 USB sticks ready and, using the Xbox main dashboard (not Minecraft), copy your world to each of the two USBs (be sure you're signed in with the profile that created the world). Then put the one USB aside for safekeeping.
Now, go into your world on your hard drive and do some minor buildings (i.e. just to change it a bit from the world you copied). Then rename the world you copied on the second USB stick. Then, copy it back to your hard drive and open that copy in creative mode (or don't copy it back if you want to work directly from the USB stick - I get more lag though). The copy will be disabled for leaderboards and achievements, but the original should still be OK. If it isn't for some reason, you still can just delete both worlds from your hard drive and copy the one that's still on the USB you set aside for safekeeping. (Why the extra protection? - There was a bug initially that corrupted files when renaming them and copying them back onto the same drive. Whether or not it's intentional, i.e. to prevent people from having multiple copies of one world on their hard drive, I don't know.)
That way, the generation should be definitely the same as your original world.
If you don't want to go to that extent, you can try just creating the seed again in survival, walking about the entire world to "set" the generation and then flipping that world over into creative mode. If you just walk/run around filling in the map in peaceful, it really doesn't take that long.
If these 2 guys can't find it or fix it, it's time to take three steps back and punt. You've lost so little, really, compared to people with hundreds of hours on worlds that were glitched by some update or freak accident. Cut your losses.
Best of luck in your new world. And do yourself another favor by checking out your nether as soon as you can. If your fortress abuts bedrock, you likely won't be finding any chests, and therefore any horse armor. Happened to me, but there's no way I'm tanking my world for that. Maybe a future update will allow us to craft horse armor...
So I took your advice and created a new world with the seed number again, Survival mode, offline.
Results: Same place. Stronghold is in the same place, and the coordinates provided above are empty of anything interesting.
Am I screwed?
You could still try making an actual copy of your world on a USB (as also described above) rather than creating a new world using the seed and put the copy into creative mode to x-ray and search it. If you don't mind a little lag, you could even use the world right from the USB stick rather than taking the added steps required to copy it back onto your hard drive as a duplicate. Using the x-ray is the fastest way to locate an end portal since they glow very brightly when you are using x-ray vision. Keep in mind that, on the Xbox 360, the Eyes of Ender just lead you to the stronghold and not necessarily to a point near the End portal. The stronghold itself can be split into various sections separated by some regular stone and can be quite a huge structure overall.

All normal worlds have an End Portal, which will not be destroyed by other things. Some just happen to be stupid and have the room blocked off.
The spawner is at -26, 36, 135, connected right to the rest of the stronghold.
Also, go to -72, 42, 112.

@BloodyPhoenix - Something's not right. I found nothing of interest at either of those locations. Appreciate you checking it out!
I double checked my seed number too.

I double checked the seed when entering it.
The information of interest is a chest surrounded by stone and bookshelves. If it was made in a prior update, then it may be elsewhere.

I created the world less than a week ago.
Also, the stronghold library is located at:
-166, 18, 132
(this is the one the eye of ender led me to)
Still can't find an end portal.

(Wait...so the TNT X-ray is a feature? Sweet!)

Yeah, there's a good point there. I have no End Portal, horses, jungle wood, or mycelium in my world, yet I don't complain.
