Where exactly does one procure a sponge, and how exactly do they work? Looked at the wiki, but didnt seem to do anything nor are they obtainable via guardians as we do not have them yet.
Sponges in Xbox 360 cannot be obtained at all in survival as of now, only way to get sponges is in creative and even then they have no use. An update for the PC version came out not too horribly long that let sponges be found in survival and be able to soak up a good amount of water each wherever you didn't want any water.
