Yes. Next time you load the world, simply adjust the slider from creative to survival, and everything should be exactly the same. However, you will not be able to earn achievements in that world.

Which honestly isn't a problem... You can easily just load up the tutorial world and get all 50 achievements on it within a few days.

On the Xbox 360 Edition if u build something in creative, can u change it to survival and have all of your things saved on to the survival map.
