My dog Gizmo isn't following me anymore. I tried hitting it, breeding them, I tried mailing it to Australia, nothing's working. Can someone help? K, thanks.
There was an issue I experienced several TUs ago when I changed my GT and my dogs didn't recognize me anymore. I haven't heard about that getting fixed, so I guess it's still an issue. Other than that, I have no idea.

Just kill him and get a new one. That's what I had to do.
It is not recommended to change your gamertag when you have tamed wolves in any world. I changed mine before I tamed my very first wolf in all of my save games. Never had this problem. If you change your gamertag and and have a tame wolf in ANY of your worlds, they won't work, as if they think they are owned by someone else.

It is not recommended to change your gamertag when you have tamed wolves in any world. I changed mine before I tamed my very first wolf in all of my save games. Never had this problem. If you change your gamertag and and have a tame wolf in ANY of your worlds, they won't work, as if they think they are owned by someone else.
Yeah, but it's not really that game-breaking. Like I said, just kill off those wolves and tame new ones. Problem solved. It shouldn't be that much of a deterrent for those wishing to change their GT.

I forgot to mention that... Yeah, if you kill all your wolves after changing your gamertag, as long as it is in ALL your worlds, it should be fine once you tame new ones. Just make sure you did NOT name any wolves with a name tag because name tags don't drop from renamed mobs.
