ok... So I made tangotek's villager trading hall and infinite villager spawner and i have finally gotten to the last step: getting the baby villagers in the compartment and making them go into the system and while the baby villagers are waiting to grow up and go into the system they suffocate. They are in a one block space surrounded by glass sharing the one block with a sign. There is a water elevator above them but in PC they do not die. Anything I'm doing wrong or changes I can make?
I had this problem when testing out Villager reproduction. The Villagers were stuck inside the Butchers house (I fenced off the front door to prevent them from opening the door and letting Zombies in), they had twins and both died while being in the house. Not sure why but that happened. I did cure 2 zombies, but honestly dont see why that would affect the babies
I think the workaround used to be that, when you discovered a newborn villager, you saved your game, exited and then reloaded. This 'fixed' the baby villager with a 2-block height. I haven't done this since the last update, so correct me if I'm wrong.

They currently are complete idiots and die for no apparent reason. Babies will always drown and will die in 1-high space for no reason whatsoever.
Stay fluffy~
I was also having a problem with baby villagers doing this. Could it be a bug?

Perpetually negative
From the TU25 Change Log:
But this is still happening?
