I have seen on the wiki something about Ocean palaces and guardians, but not sure if thats just for PC or if thats also included in the 360. Are there any in the 360 version and if so, would anyone have a seed so I may look?

Ocean Temples were added in PC edition 1.8 and the Console edition is at the equivalent of 1.6.4
So in short: No, they are not in the game, and it is not yet known if they are going to be added.
(And not to sound like a jerk, but if you were on the wiki you could have found out this information in about 30 seconds.)

Nowhere in the page does it state its for for PC only, and I know nothing of versions nor their equivalents.
