i need help how to stop the mobs in the nether from spawning please? this include blazes,wither skellies,pigmen,those red slimes thingy, need help please!
The only mob I can help with is blaze. I know that blaze can still spawn at a high light level, so torches around the spawner won't work. I had to use lava lighting in my blaze farm to make them stop spawning. Sorry, but I don't know about the other mobs! Hope I helped
Not exactly helpful I know, but unfortunately those are about your only two options to keep most nether mobs from spawning (you'll still have to worry about Ghasts).
i cant find nether mobs on peaceful so that not gonna help me but slab would do[normal difficulty], 1% blazes can still spawn in stone slabs but rarely i found one in my world[nether] :(,,wood planks slabs is anoying they caught on fire well some yeah, crzynick my blaze spawner stopped working for me, but ima do killing those mobs around in one place and cover the area with slabs[stones/cobbles ones] hope this will not break on ghast fireballs.
i need help also on defeating the wither boss, is there any blocks that he cannot break, like end blocks or a obsidian?
The wither boss will break any and every block you can obtain in Survival mode, including Obsidian.
As far as tips: deck yourself out in full enchanted diamond armor, use high level potions and golden apples, and attack with high-level enchanted weapons (Smite is probably best enchantment you can use).

There are two options:
1: Play on peaceful.
2: Cover EVERYTHING in half-slabs.
