Hello I need help with a simple redstone sticky piston thing I am not good at redstone so I need help from someone who is! pls reply back...
Sure thing, attach (the non-piston side of) a sticky piston to an opaque block (something like a full block of: wood, stone, dirt, sand, gravel, wool, etc, but NOT: TNT, glowstone, glass, stairs, slabs, etc). then attach a button or a lever to the same block.
Walla!!! redstone powered sticky piston without using redstone.
Anything more than that and you'll have to explain what it is that you are trying to do in way more detail than you have already.
There are lots of very good YouTube videos of restone devices. Starting with the most very basic concepts through to highly complex set-ups. I am rubbish at restone too so if i'm stuck I generally see if DocM77 has a video on it. Overlooked Ent is also very good. They tend to be my first ports of call.

Aww, he just wants someone to join his world but is too bashful and polite to come out and say it.
