Guardian Farm is now pointless. I built a guardian farm, it was dropping at least 20+ guardians a minute or more regularly from the start (I drained out my temple and my farm is in the center of the temple). Since TU34 NO Guardians are spawning at all even on hard mode. I had my husband go to his temple and the guardians have decreased significantly. (He had 4 in a fully underwater temple.) Looks like TU34 may have reversed the work of TU33.

I just want to say that whatever you did to the sprint controls... oh em gee... please revert back. These controls are more oversensitive than social justice warriors.

I came here to post this. 4J, please change this back. This is a nightmare to try and mine for any long amount of time because if you move the joystick even slightly varying amounts, sprint engages. This is awful.
Since i'm not sure you have seen my issues with villages/villagers, i'll make a post here. The first major issue that I have found is that villagers can only detect doors that are nested 4 deep, when they should be able to detect upto 5 deep. For example.
RRRRRRRRRRA
AAAAADDDDDA
Where R + roof block, A= Air block, D= Door block. If a villager is within range he should be able to detect all 5 doors, however they only are detecting the first 4 doors Starting on the right hand side nearest the Roof with the A block near it.
I come to this conclusion by placing a set of 20 doors, with 5 roof blocks on one side of each door, and 4 on the other, then placing 2 villagers nearby and providing food, they should breed, however they don't, if I remove another roof block so there is only 3 on one side and still 5 on the other they will breed. This is 1 block less then what they should be able to detect.
2nd Issue that i'm seeing signs of and no way to prove, is that a village's radius does not seem to be factored in when new doors are being added. What I mean by this is that if I have a village at 0,0,0 and all its doors are less then 32 away from the village center its radius should be 32, since 32 is the min radius of a village. Suppose now that a 2nd village is created high above, say Y 80, and slowly moved down towards the first village, adding TONS of doors as to creeps towards the first village at 0,0,0 This village will have a MUCH larger radius since it has doors much further away, lets assume that its center point is now also 0,0, the village should have a radius of at least 80 (more then 2x larger then village 1). Now a door is shown to a villager at 65,0,0. This would normally create a new village, since its more then 64 blocks away from existing villages, but because the 2nd village has a much larger radius, the door is less then 64 blocks away from this village, and thus it should link up with the 2nd village. From all signs i've seen this isn't happening. Hence before creating a new village, first it needs to check if there is any nearby villages (<64 blocks away), attaching itself to the closest village. If there are no nearby village centers, it will look for a nearby village radius and attach to the closest as well.
I just want to say that whatever you did to the sprint controls... oh em gee... please revert back. These controls are more oversensitive than social justice warriors.
There was no reason to "improve" anything, I havent seen 1 post about problems with original sprint.
No need to fix what wasnt broken, only to break it.
I too am jumping on the "I hate the new sprint controls" train. I can't move two blocks to the side or one forward without launching myself while flying.
Another issue with villages, they seem to be linking up to oldest village first (aka 1.7 behavior), instead of closest and in range which is 1.8 behavior.
Summarizing issues with villages:
First villagers can't detect doors nested 5 deep.
2nd Village radius is not being taken into consideration when a new village is being created. If a new house is added, which should create a new village, if that village's radius+32 touches any existing villages radius, it will not create a new village, but rather link up to the closest village. (this is how it should be), our behavior seems to default to creating a new village, thus ignoring village radius.
3rd new doors should be added to the closest village and in range, we seem to be using previous village mechanics (oldest and in range). I can't verify this because of village radius mechanics not working correctly.
Bug Tracker is a mess so I am going to repost this here from other thread ( http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/minecraft-xbox-360-edition-help/2426378-mcx360-achievement-glitched ) and hope someone notices it. I cannot unlock the achievement "Passing the Time" no matter what I try, and its messing with my 100% overall completion.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I too cannot unlock this. And I have tried every troubleshooting method possible. And let me start out by saying I should have had this pop the moment I installed the tu24 update like others did because I have played hundreds of hours. As you can see here on a well known achievement site, I am far from the only one having problems with this Trueachievments "Passing The Time" Comments . I will now list in order the steps I have taken.

I see something was done for this player and I was wondering if there was anything that I could do to get some help myself....
Its the only achievement I havent gotten from the original game and both updates (#24 & 34) and still nothing from this, tried to make new games, leave it over night, nothing changes... can anyone help?

I don't know if this was already reported, but something seems to be wrong with the villager AI. they aren't breeding even though I have a "village" (Doors with a definite inside and out) and a farmer to give them crops. I only have two Villagers (Farmer and Priest) and I know that for every Villager there needs to be about three doors. I did the standard Wheat Farm in the middle of a perimeter of 22 doors. That should give me ~7 villagers. The farmer is still farming and giving crops to the priest but they wont breed. This has been an issue for about 3 days. Can someone help?

There is an issue with villagers detecting doors, but thats only if its nested 5 deep, in other words more then 4 roof blocks on one side of the door, and 4 on the other. But I doubt this is the case for your village. I would attempt to do some trading with them, sometimes a trade will make them willing more then giving them food will. If this don't work leave the area perhaps visit the neither or move away at least 120 blocks from the village radius. Keep in mind that while a village can detect doors up to 16 blocks away along the x and z axis, they are limited to only 3 blocks above their feet, and 5 blocks below their feet. I've seen cases where the user supplied plenty of houses (doors), only they placed them too high, so that villagers couldn't access them, only to prevent the villagers from detecting them all together.
1.) My game seems to enjoy registering two pause commands at once, making it pause and immediately unpuse again.
2.) Whatever happened to bedrock fog?
3.) Why were multiple texts made in a smaller font? There was nothing wrong with them before, and now they're annoying to read and inconsistent with the rest of the text.
4.) Title screen music is still as loud as ever.
5.) End music is still as quiet as ever.
6.) I tried to join a game with everything set to "any" and got refused after a minute because of someone's security issues on their system. That seems...annoying and unnecessary to even try to let me join such a game.
7.) I don't know the name of the name, but one of the sandy/water maps has a hole that you can't get out of once fallen in. I don't a picture of the location, but it's up a hill near a + shaped set of red carpets and directly beside a beam made of oak logs.
8.) Pigmen seem to be constantly moving at Speed V or something close.
Man, what's up with Steve's urge to sprint? Hahaha
Also, I'm having the pause/unpause issue too. At least I'm glad it's not a problem with my controller. But the most annoying glitch is the items flying everywhere. I was moving my storage by breaking the chests and transporting the items. Well, just lost 18 diamonds and a stack of iron that flew through a wall right into lava.
And, PLEASE, fix the issue where you can't to the redstone staircase on slabs
I've watched two dogs standing on hoppers yelp and then get sucked into them, never to be seen again.

4JSteve can you please have a look at this http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/minecraft-xbox-one-edition/mcxone-discussion/2655251-4j-villages-are-broken-please-read-and-fix Its been broke for since 1.8 arrived.
How about the biomes matching pc issue that has been ignored for months now?
I don't think it is an issue so much as 4J changed how biomes are generated on the console editions.

Check your options. Your sensitivity is set to zero.
