I wanted to know the favourite things for people to build. I like simple structures/bases,
but new things are good to try. Also what kind of music you listen to? I find screamo or dubstep to be fine.
Also, what do you like to do with redstone?
i don't really like when people use the word screamo there so many others you could use, aside from that...
i usually just have fun working on small project 1 at a time, make a house, organize the farms in villages, make some farms, explore what will be my main cave, expand a village, make a mushroom biome, make a village, make a new and bigger house on the side of a mountain, make a floating house, fight the ender dragon, and now that it's in, i need to fight the Wither aswell. and with redstone in survival all i really use it for is railroads.

I like walling in my villages and then adding houses, farms, animal pens, and decorative features like statues, pools, benches, trees, gardens and such. I can have a pretty good economy going inside the walls by the time I'm done too.
After that I like to build railroads joining up any towns and also out to my stronghold.
I like making things that torture villagers, wolves, and cows.
Let me guess... you pen them into a small dark room and subject them to dubstep and screamo?
I typically go big or go home. I make huge, all-inclusive structures with some general theme in mind --- castle, space station, subterranean forest village. All are things I have built at one time. Redstone is nearly always part of my builds.

I'm currently buildig the biggest thing I've ever done in minecraft (everything else has been small houses, this is probably a 20-25 by 30-50 building)
its a headquarters building visible at spawn. It consists of an automatic furnace, with a crafting area and a mass storage room on one wing; an enchanting room and brewing station on the other wing; and upstairs will have the nether portal. I'm not quite sure how to make a nice modest brewing room. Outside in the areas around the headquarters will be tree farms and some green houses. And it's all made out of materials I don't normaly use that often. Smooth sandstone and nether quarts. It's going to be awesome. (If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to send them my way)
