Just go as far away as you can and she should behave. I say "should" because I've seen her fly all the way to the edge once and wreck my farm.

I would think you would have to build pretty far out and I believe Docm77 mentions how far away in one of his videos. If it's too close to the main island you will have to flood it to avoid them spawning there and affecting efficiency. Certainly possible though. I was keen to keep the dragon in mine too but in the end it was easier to kill him. Plus I wanted the egg for my mantlepiece!

I have a question, having never built an enderman farm. If you build it out of obsidian or end stone, it is "safe" from enderdragon damage... or does she destroy the pistons and redstone blocks?

Will she wreck it frequently(like everytime i enter the end)? Rarely(once every 100)? Or is it nothing really to worry abt(once every 300+)? choose 1 of the 3, or be specific plz. Data not riddles. If u dont know, let me know!
@upupaway she will destroy redstone/pistons. The obsidian wont protect it, she'll go rite thru em and break the redstone.

BTW, I think you're asking a bit much of Phoenix to extrapolate the possible frequency of the dragon attacking an enderman farm at the edge of the End when, quite clearly, he's only experienced the dragon destroying his farm once. I really doubt that anyone has tested this to give you the more definitive answer you seem to be seeking.
I killed her after that because that was just annoying. And again, go as far away from the island as the build limit allows and hope that she doesn't go out the (the best). How the blazes do I clarify that more...?
And does it matter how frequent or not it is? You're saying that you'll build the thing knowing full-well that any moment it can be completed eviscerated? I don't know how her AI works, but it's weird.
