If you have generate structures on, you should get a villiage eventually. If the problem persists, it may be a bug and should be posted in MCXBLA OFFICIAL KNOWN BUGS LIST [TU22]. The generate structures option should be in the world options before you generate the world. Good luck.

i had 4 villagers and made 2 iron golem farm and 2 breeding villagers i got the world seed on somebody else here in the forum/seed but the breeding villagers part are limited only up to 5 including baby ones and is a bug/issue problem to me[with doors built in a small square area[12x12 size] and is anyone here also had an issue on breeding villagers or its just me.?

It's random. Just keep trying and make sure you have generate structures on.
