I tried both FLATLANDERS and FLATLANDER, and neither contained double villages. FLATLANDER did have a farm missing a few blocks, causing floating wheat, but nothing else special.
Perhaps also provide the numerical seed the game displays, just in case it's a glitch with converting the word version to the numerical one. I ran into a seed where I typed in one set of numbers and the game converted to a totally different set of numbers. I presumed it was because I'm in the older update and the numerical string was too long for that update version... but who knows, something else might be going wrong with the seed generation program.
because i don't know the coordinates for that seed but so far i have a enchantment table and a big box that's dark so monsters can spawn during the day
Well the 'Upload image to Facebook' wasn't working last night so I used my phone to take a screen shot of the aforementioned double village thing. Apologies for the image quality...
Interestingly, the houses were also filled with cobblestone and had to be hollowed out!
Can't remember the exact location of the village and I still haven't explored the whole map, but it's roughly near the centre, maybe slightly up and to the left of centre. Once i've map the whole thing i'll post an image. I started doing it last night and I was running for ages until I realised I was running up against the edge of the map. No sense of movement on the plastic texture map and no landmarks for reference!
Flatland on survival is not easy you need to find a village which will take a long time and then you need to craft weapons so you can kill all the animals.
I keep meaning to note down the seed number and forgot again last night. When I get in tonight I will make a concerted effort to complete the map and post the seed! I'm hoping there might be another couple of blacksmiths to get some more lava. At the moment i'm using it to create a cobblestone generator, but would like to make a nether portal.
This seed (from the seeds list, posted in April 2014) has enough obsidian and diamonds in it to make a nether portal and an enchantment table and 2 diamond swords (or a diamond pickaxe plus an extra diamond). It has 4 villages in total - 3 with blacksmith shops and the other is visible from the initial spawn.

At least, it was still generating this way in TU16. If it didn't change in TU19/20, it's probably the best seed out there for a flatland survival map. I do believe that obsidian generators go the way of the DoDo when we hit PC equivalent 1.8 (and they most likely fix that glitch on the Xbox).
I'd probably stay more interested in a superflat survival world if they put in a means to generate a normal nether with a superflat overworld.
Stay fluffy~

it has 4 villages one blacksmith
on the x axis go right from spawn

I finally found a seed to play flatworld survival on, but Microsoft decided to make things worse so they fixed the duplicate glitch.
Well done, 4J studios.

And you get used to plastic. My Superflat survival also uses it.
Stay fluffy~

No I actually don't, I shall have to look it up.
I found another double village seed in the seeds section and it also failed.
