1.) So, Get streets FIRST! Try and do a GRID pattern! 2.) If you are on a SUPERFLAT world: Add REAL LOOKING TERRAIN (e.g. Mountains, Rivers, etc.)!!! If you are on a TRADITIONAL world: Make the terrain WORK with YOUR CITY'S NEEDS!!! 3.) ZONE your city! Make different RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, ETC. 4.) Build Houses/ Townhouses/ Apartments. 5.) Build Gas Stations/ Restaraunts. 6.) Build a [WELCOME TO: YOUR CITY NAME HERE] sign. 7.) Build at least 1 elementary school, 1 middle school, and 1 high school in your city 8.) Name your streets. 8.5) Build a police dpt/ town hall 9.) Spawn villagers 10.) Landscape I hope this helps!
