I just ordered a new Xbox 360 and was wondering about transferring my world saves over to it. I'd like to do that but I don't want my survival worlds to be taken off the leaderboards or anything.
You mean by using a USB stick or something of the like? I've never heard of transferring a world from one system to another causing problems, but I don't know personally since I've never done it.
We've done it here a long time ago (360 to 360), at least for worlds created with Live enabled profiles. The leaderboards and achievements remained active. Just make sure that you're using the same profile while doing the transfer as you used to create the world. I don't think you can transfer a world made with a profile that is not Live enabled or if you create a new profile on the new Xbox, I don't think there is a way you can transfer the worlds made with your old Xbox profile. Atlernatively, just save your worlds to the cloud and access your cloud from the new Xbox.

I'll be using the same profile on that Xbox so it shouldn't be a problem then.
