Just got done adding 5 more game types to play. 3 are in a new, competition section to be played with friends, and the others are numbers 6 and 7, in the main section. Be sure to give those a look

I'd take this one, but I think that it's a little too close to the UHC challenge for number 3, just with automatic regeneration. But thanks anways!
As soon as superflat was first released, I thought "Superflat survival"! I still have the world. Although I did cheat in it a bit, I had TMI at the time.

I have done #2 on the Halo World that came with mashup, though instead of gathering materials I waited until nightfall then saved, then disabled daylight cycle. I did keep everything on sans griefing.
As I am ridiculously new to Minecraft (about a month in) what are the 2 bosses in #4 you speak of? I assume one is the Ender Dragon.

The two bosses are the ender dragon and the wither. Making that gamemode pretty much impossible. It's like playing the first 2 Five Nights at Freddy's. You need luck on your side to beat them.
