My son plays minecraft on the 360. There is this player who keeps coming in and destroying his world. The game is set to invite only and he isn't friends with my son or anyone he plays with anymore. How can I stop him from blowing up the world?
Hate to tell you this but if its set to invite only, then your son is inviting him in, or someone whom he is playing with is friends of this fellow, and hes getting in because you have the option 'allow friends of friends' to join. Those are the only possible ways for him to get in.
As Cire360 indicated, it must be a person he's inviting or a friend of a person he is inviting. Double check his settings to ensure that "allow friends of friends" is unchecked and that "invite only" is checked. Also, make sure that the person you think is involved is actually deleted from his friends list. If there is still a problem, then I would guess that you and he have misidentified the actual perpetrator; but just in case there is a loophole, you might then also want to make sure that person is also deleted from any other friends list(s) that might exist for other profiles on your Xbox. Then, you should perhaps take the step to set all of this out on the official bugs thread here so that 4J might see it and close the loopholes since I'm quite sure that, if they exist, 4J will want to fix them.
Also, malicious players should have a GamerTag over their head to identify who they are (unless gamer tags are turned off or they are invisible)... but there are hostile NPC (computer controlled entities) entities that do world damage as well... are you sure it isn't a creeper (see below)?
