I was exploring a abandon mineshaft very cautiously. I was an to find a chest and was trying to get to the cave spider spawner to blow it up. I was almost there when I decided to go back to get more milk and drop off everything I found when, on my way up the ladder to by base, my finger slipped and down I went to the bottom. And I thought the cave spiders were dangerous.
Hrm... let's see... My son likes to build tall slender towers... so I went tower diving off of it and into a pool below that I needed just a small bit of a running start to get to the water... I wanted to be safe so I sprinted... and overshot the entire pool of water and landing flat on my face clear on the other side...
other than that...
I found the path in the End Fortress to the chamber of the End Portal, but a ravine that also spawned nearby wiped out a good section of the pathway and a few surrounding rooms.
I took out my stack of cobble stone to extend the path to the portal room, crouching near the edge so I wouldn't fall off while I was placing blocks for the path... once completed, I thought it a bit narrow and thought to expand it somewhat... that's about when a silverfish came sneaking out behind me and made me loose my footing off the ledge I was trying to expand.
I would have to say it involved planning an elaborate suicide... wrote a will on a sign, put my inventory in a chest, and then jumped off what I thought was a very high cliff.. and lived... stuck on a ledge with naught to my name and my friends howling in laughter above me. I just want to crawl in a hole and die... but I couldn't do that either. So, I jumped the remaining distance into the water... waded out farther and drowned myself... Then respawned and attended my own wake.
