So Im playing with a few friends on a world that im hosting. Because of this i have to be online for them to use it. How can i give my friends the access while im not online?
You can't. The Xbox Edition is designed differently than the PC. It uses Live party and your world data is resident on your Xbox (or your allotted cloud stoarge), which is not the same as setting up an actual server and uploading your world data to that server (which stays active when you are not online). If you want people to have 24/7 access to your world, then playing on the PC with full-blown servers is where you should be.
I've seen people use Cloud saving to have five hosts for one server, but I couldn't even begin to explain what they did....
I suppose that is possible if the same XBLA account/profile exists on 5 different consoles.... but then only one XBLA account can be logged into XBox Live at any 1 time if that's the case.
I've seen several people who have second XBoxes solely for hosting MC games on. You can get a used XBox pretty cheap nowadays, even from retail stores (at least in the US) -- GameStop has them for about $100. Make sure it has good cooling and you can set that up as your "server" so you can do other things on your main console. Likewise, people up upgrade to an XBone sometimes use their old XBox as a 24/7 server.
There was a good idea to have a good idea once.

They all had the host account and their own and would host accordingly.
