You are not going to find a good capture device for less than $125 if even that. The best one available range from $150 to a little over $200.

AverMedia Live Gamer Portable Lite - Does everything the other one can except that it requires a PC to record onto. It's only $99.
El Gato - 1080p @ 30fps capture. Only works with Win 7 or later. $179.99
Hauppauge HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition - $190 or so. Captures at 1080p @ 30fps. Requires a PC. Supports Twitch streaming and one click YouTube upload.
There are a lot of other choices out there but you won't get anything nice for under $100. If you plan on uploading to YouTube, you're going to want something nice because YouTube degrades video when you upload it.
Alright thanks guys, Im going on a vacation so thats where all of my income is being put at the moment but when i get back im going to buy one, i have 250$ to spend so i need something that is only 250$ including shipping, if you have any links to ebay or a page that accepts paypal post them, i cant find any capture devices online anywhere aside from ebay and i never win these bidding wars
