on xbox press pause then triangle (or whatever the top button is for you). it will upload one to facebook.

another way that is more tircky is this

Look at what you want to screenshot

save the game

copy the save to a USB

find the save file on a compuer

open it

look for the "PNG0" file

thats your screenshot of when you saved!

Or you could link your Gamertag to Facebook, hit Y when paused and looking at what you want to screenshot. Go onto your Facebook and download the picture to your PC.
