This bug is due to the new teleport command. This is how to works:
Steps:
---------
1. Make/spawn in a boat
2. Place the boat in the water
3. Go into the boat
4. Have a friend teleport you to them
5. profit
You will be standing up but your legs will be like they are sitting in mid-air. This would good for a YouTube intro or something because you can be sitting in a chain or on something. I hope you guys enjoy this little glitch!
