I was working on my house in Minecraft when, all the sudden, everything in my Inventory grew a red tint. As I moved around the room the tint went from red to black, black to orange, then back to normal, the cycle kept repeating. I opened my inventory and my character also had the tints like my items. I looked at the Creative menu and everything had the same tint as well as the names of the items I scrolled over. I then looked at the menu with the skins (Help & Options --> Change Skin) and all of the skins also had the same tint, the only different thing is, is that the skins wouldn't load, they all looked like the Steve skin. I tried exiting the level and joining back, but the tints were still there. I then went outside to notice that the clouds were also red as well as the moon (when I looked at a specific direction and angle).
Does anyone know why this is happening? Or does anyone else have the same problem?
If you know, please let me know
(I do not have pictures yet, it'll be either today, tomorrow, or the day after.)
Just try some standard resets, and re-load minecraft. If that doesnt work, try turning off your Xbox, then turning it back on. You might also want to check your tv cables. Other then that, I can't really help you. With the Steve-skin issue, I've had this one before. The skins should look normal after you reload minecraft.
These are just some of basic options. I'm not good with aything beyond game options and resets, so you would have to ask someone else
Apparently when I opened another world, everything went back to normal. Do you think it could be the map causing problems?
If there is column of lave just on the other side of a wall and you stand next to that wall within a couple of blocks of the lave, everything will go red like that. At least it has happened to me that way in one of my worlds. I reported the bug at the time and I thought they fixed it, but maybe they didn't.

There is no lava nearby. There is a waterfall, but it is on the same side as me when it began.
EDIT: If I was wanting to report this bug, where would I do so?
4J starts a new list here after each update in order to compile a list they investigate and work from for the next update. They do read this thread and will respond and make further inquiries to some (but not all of the posts).

Okay, I'll post this bug to 4J. Thank you for letting me know
