was standing in the nether portal about to be whisked to safety when the damned ghast hit me one last time. Stupid slow portal

Starvation in a forest all alone.

I dug a massive 25x25 mine shaft with open side steps all the way to bedrock. I did this in survival through lava. Feeling proud of myself; I made my way all the way back up my staircase that wrapped around my pit where I was promptly shot by a skeleton and knocked into my own hole. It was over 90 levels deep; fence is not over rated.

In spite of having about a dozen deadly modded mobs that could have slaughtered me (Lava Monsters...ugh), a full set of Obsidian Armor with Protection IV, a Witch dropped off of a ravine cliff and hit me with a splash instant damage potion...

My friend has a habit of constantly altering farms and red stone devices he makes. He is never happy with them. After being AFK at my slime farm for about half an hour, and receiving no slimeballs, I decide to investigate. he has moved the tube to drop the slimes on behind one of his walls, obviously planning to make a room for it at a later date. I move to this new location, and block my self in. Half hour later I break a block to find the room full to the brim with skeletons. Not only has he moved the slime farm, he has also moved the skeleton grinder to this new location. for the last half an hour, the room has been slowly filling with skeletons. But I had a plan. I decided to run straight out the room, return with a dozen splash health potions and block of the tube they were coming from. It didn't go according to plan. As soon as I was in the open I was impaled by at least 50 arrows and the dreaded red screen appeared...

hey I got my protections 4 (mostly) diamond armor and fell in lava. had time to use my water bucket that I had in my hot bar AND LIVED!

I was fighting a bunch of blazes. I had fire resistance, but the blazes melee brought my health down low. I cornered myself and surrounded myself with cobblestone, but the blazes hit me throught th corners in the cobblestone.

I was in fly mode as a moderator checking on a new player on my 24/7 server when a storm decided to knock the power out. When i restarted the server i was falling and when you go into fly mode in survival you still take the dmg from how ever far you fall.

I was Ghast hunting and the ghast shot a Zombie Pigman. He blamed it on me and his team rushed me. I was firing arrows and running backwards, right off a cliff, over lava, very far down.
