How did you last die?

The last time I died I was exploring caves, I dug up quite a bit of diamond with my Fortune II pick and found some emerald as part of the expedition. I saved not long before I found all the diamonds. After I found the diamond I was excitedly making my way back through the caves to the surface and I needed to cross some lava. I was standing on a block over the lava and I wanted to pour a bucket of water over the lava to quench it and turn it into obsidian. As I poured the water i missed and i poured it onto the block I was standing on and it pushed me off and straight into the lava. I lost everything and had to reload the save and figure out where everything was again.

Mine was in a stronghold from a skeleton that was still spawning even though I had a torch on top of the spawning block.

Just walking... with my head in the map... straight into a surface lava pool.

I was destroyed by several Zombie Pigmen while trying to harvest Blaze Rods.

Knocked off an obsidian tower by the Ender Dragon.

I jumped off my sky mob farm and missed the water by half a block

I was Endermen hunting and became the hunted. (got back all of my stuff minus a few XP)

exploring a newly created map and walking through an open field that was about to change to a mountain range. there was a whole in the ground just a couple of blocks long which I didn't see (looking at the map) and fell in. Fortunately I had put a bed down not to far from that area and was able to get my stuff back.

Came out of a cave on someone elses map and saw a creeper. I got like 10 blocks away from it but the lag was so bad it killed me anyways. Thats pretty much the only way i die is lag.

Got rekt by a mob of enderman. I could've got away, but my controller is old and the left joystick sticks, so I couldn't sprint.

A friend killed me by blowing up my house.

"griefer" in my Livestream got me in a Nether Portal where he had lava surrounding the portal, he hit me in the lava, and I died.. it sucked :/

Hahah some entertaining stories

on a friends map lag was bad and I ran into cactus he had made a wall of them and I couldn't see them or get away. it was night and I had just spawned so I was trying to run away from mobs

I was trying to swim away from lava but it wouldn't work, I couldn't even slow down (I wasn't crouching since I fell in the lava)

Just found a desert temple for the first time.
Saw a blue square in the ground, thought, cool, I'll dig that up.
Yeah, fell a bit and landed on a pressure plate and went boom.

I was playing a world and this guy randomly kills me with a stone axe so when I spawn I hunted him down and killed him with a wooden sword then a different guy (they are both little kids) sneaks up on me (I didn't know who was on my side) and he kills me so I get another wooden sword (We have no armor and he has iron sword) and hunt him and wreck him in pvp

Killing myself when I switched to PC

I accidentally said Chuck Norris' name out loud........

But he made it look like a creeper blew me up.
