Cant discuss that here..talking of mods are not really allowed in discussion..especially that kind..and no, i havent seen any video about his tool doing that...mainly cuz its editing the games source code and all and modding is against microsofts ToS

Some materials are more resilient to blasts than others, and of course you can just keep the area well lit to prevent creepers, maybe add in a fence for extra protection, as for the ghast, there are some blocks that are completely immune to their fireballs... I am sure you can workout which ones.
The only thing I can think of that you can (legally) do is to a bit of crowd control. In other words, set up "spawning pens" throughout the map that will reduce the chances of the unwanted mobs spawning in the play-area. A RS clock wired up to several dispensers filled with spawn eggs can help reach Mob-cap faster.
Without proper Adventure-map tools however, you're kinda ess-oh-ell.
If you line the ground in slabs(Not upside down, normally place them) then when a creeper blows up, it will only take out two or 3 slabs. If you cover the ground in stone or cobblestone slabs, then it should be immune to fireballs.

Thanks guys thats very helpful im working on restoring herobrines mansion for xbox and not the the one with skelaton boss parkour the pc
