You should probably look up articles regarding this before posting questions like this in the forums, it just makes you look foolish. It's already been stated many times on several gaming sites and other threads on the forum that the Xbox One and PS4 versions are going to be significantly bigger compared to the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions.
This essentially means that it will be 5000 X 5000 blocks as opposed to 1000 X 1000.
