So im trying to make it stop snowing on my land, and I was told to make a wall of glass up in the air. Do I have to put the glass below the clouds to stop the snow/rain? Or can I put the glass ABOVE the clouds as high as I want? Where is this snow/rain coming from, clouds or na?
