Make a nether portal using obsidian and light it with flint and steel, enter nether, kill blazes, loot blaze rods, leave nether.
Wait until night, hunt endermen, kill endermen, loot eye of ender.
Break blaze rods into blaze powder, combine blaze powder with eye of ender to make ender pearls, you will need lots.
Throw ender pearls into air, run in direction they move, pick up pearl if it didn't break, repeat until they stop moving, dig down on that spot to find the stronghold.
Explore stronghold to find end portal, put ender pearls in all end portal blocks that don't already have one to activate portal, enter portal and die to ender dragon and swarms of endermen.
