Hoping to have the update for when my sis comes up to visit. Not holding my breath on it though, we all know cert testing can take well over 10 days, most are usually out within 5-7, but im not going to get excited about it till it actually comes out.
Perhaps if my sis likes it ill buy her a copy, she likes games like animal crossing, so i think she might like this as well.

I can only hope it is sometime next week, as backing up my stuff almost every other day is tedious at times when I know the update is around the corner. Well at least like I mentioned I am ready for the most part...

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
i am so bored waiting for the update, my old lady and i created a new seed and spent several hours planting TNT all over the map and set it all off at one tine just to see what would happen. she got over eager abd set off the blast while i was in a hole planting more. an explosion from the inside is pretty cool, as long as you are in creative mode.
Disappointing, but I figured it wouldn't be this week. With only a couple of weeks till school I was really going to have a chance to play with my kids but looks as if most of the summer will be gone before it is released. Been doing other things with them all summer but one of the things on the list was to playing raft together when the update came out. Hopefully wont be too late in the week next week.

My school is starting Tuesday, at least we only have 3 days though and always Fridays off. I'm hoping it will come out before school starts for me. Going into Highschool I'm so not looking forward to it. :S

The sooner the update comes, the better. I'm in the process of moving into my new house but won't have internet there for some time yet. Literally the only thing left in my apartment is my TV and the xbox... just waiting for the update so I can pass the time with the massive Guild Heighliner project I have planned.
(For those that haven't read Frank Herbert's DUNE, Heighliners are HUGE cargo-ships, big enough to tuck an entire armada into just a corner of the bay.)
yea it seems very likely it will be coming out mid to late next week. which is awesome. ill finally be able to start some of the larger projects n my steampunk world. the giant steam powered colossus and the floating islands.
mashup packs and texture packs will be awesome a well, cant wait to see what they come up with.
thats what trust players is for. dont want them in your chest then take off their ability to open containers
That doesnt work, if they have build ability they just break the chest for the loot inside. Ive had my fair share (probably more then fair share) of destructive players, its sading, ive gotten to the point where im just letting friends join, and even then someof those are seriously destructive, actually removed a player from my list last night because of the ... Volgarity they messaged me after being kicked for being destructive while i was trying to build a working clock to see what all it would take.
If they are able to build, or open doors and containers, they will rob your chests blind. The only thing thats stopped most of them so far is hiding a small floating island way off in a corner of the map to hold my more valuable stuff or my building materials. Even hidden underground chambers have been discovered and looted of everything.

If it was coming monday they would announce it. I predict they announce monday that it's passed and announce itll be out Tuesday or wednesday.
Xbox updates are on Tuesdays normally so Tuesday is the best bet.
