noticed that black animal too, looks like a donkey to me but surely must be wrong.
maybe its an alternate texture for a sheep / cow, looks almost llama like.
It would be nice to get horses/donkeys this early however.

From what I understand, 4J is nearly finished bug testing TU12. If that's the case, TU12 could go into cert testing sometime this week. If all of this is true, barring any complications, TU12 could roll out late next week, or early the week after. Don't quote me on this, I could be completely wrong.

Heres a question regarding the Mashup packs in Tu12. will there be trial version. like there are trial version of the Skinpacks.
Yes, Both will have trials. They have no time limit. As 4J tweeted the other day you will choose a Texture pack or Mash up pack when loading up a world. If you have a trial you will lose your ability to save while that trial is on.
Also, if you join someones world who is currently using a pack you don't have. You'll need at least the trial version to see it.

Actually.. that isnt a bad way to work it.. just like any Demo. you cant save what you have done.. heck even the Minecraft trial for XBLA did the same thing.
Another question... can you use the Skins from these mashup packs in standard Gamplay?

If people are posting tweets into new topics those are locked and directed here. There is no need for two topics with the same purpose. If they want to talk about a feature in the new section. They are more then welcomed.

As for "all they do is lock almost every single discussion", I count 11 threads locked in two pages. (goodness that's almost all 54 threads!)
3 threads are asking when update / certing is. 6 threads are twitter links posted or just make shift change logs that is pretty much compiled by the twitter thread. (those are directed here) 2 threads are wish lists for what they want in minecraft. (wish lists being against the forum rules to being with).

Nice work, KioriBug. Those of us that knows the difference between a developer and forum mod/administrator appreciate your efforts to keep the junk threads condensed. I, for one, have a forum administrator background and know the neverending battle to get forum noobs to keep posts in pre-existing threads instead of creating numerous duplicate new ones.

Thanks. It's always nice hearing nice words onces in a while. I very much appreciate it! I love this community, and the Xbox section is by far my most active section I moderate in.
When I'm on I normally have this thread open and twitter to update new information when I see it. (I've been very inactive lately!) We have a few mods that check this thread to update it, but it's not something we have to do, we just like helping.

... and I also appreciate the updates to the OP and thread title in this thread. My niece has been bugging me about when the updates for this game will happen, so I keep checking here... because I despise using Twitter.
