You can do copy's to the world all ready,

**Note must have more than one storage device for this to work.**

1) Load up the save from any memory unit.

2) Press start and hit the (X) button.

3) Select new storage device.

4) Hit save on the Pause screen.

5)Winning...


This will also make the new created save file smaller than the old one.

Like that, all it does is make the same world on a different device, Like the copy function on the dashboard, but Way faster.

This update wont require us to start a new world again will it?

Nope. If the update has no newly generated blocks or terrain changes and it's just new recipes then your world is fine.
