On that, you could probably trim down the thread title by about 50 words or so. "MCXBLA Twitter Feed - " and then whatever the concise gist of the latest new is, eg "MCXBA Twitter Feed - 1.8.2 teaser photos!"
Has 4J commented yet on how old-worlds ( pre-creative ) will work?
I mean .. I've got this world which took me several weeks. I'd hate to start all over again, even though Creative Mode will be released soon. Have they made an option where you can go from Survival to Creative ... and back?
Yes, you have the option when you choose what world to play in whether to load it in creative or survival. However once a world has been loaded in creative you will not have the ability to get achievements or stats towards the leader boards, even if you switch it back to survival
Is there a chance you could throw in a date or a month in the list of links so that somebody like myself that is new here can tell when thngs came out. Thanks.

It would be far too much work to find dates for each of these. Dates aren't really important.
Yes I can see that it would be a lot of work to go back and change the entire post and chase down dates for everything that is posted. Maybe just for future posts you could leave a space from one set of updates to the next. If not well ok then.
Well i thought it was Golden Gate Bridge, but looks like i was wrong because 4J Studios is indeed based in Scotland, (cant believe i never noticed that before)
Good thing I was a little slow logging back in. I was going to correct you on that statement, but now I don't have to. It is definitely the Forth Bridge at Dundee: http://www.edinphoto...dee_zoom-in.htm
The Golden Gate is a suspension bridge, the Forth Bridge is a steel cantilever bridge. Different construction entirely.
Got the same Tweet about 20 mins ago..That is really good news, based on that it looks like we might possibly have it in the first week of October.
[Jumps for joy]
No, NO, NO!
"A week of two before cert testing" takes us (at the earliest) to 9/28 and probably more like 10/5. Then you have to add a week or two for cet testing by M$ which takes us to at least 10/12 if not 10/19.
The only possible way we will be getting ther update the first week of October is if 4J'd debugging takes 5 business days and M$ can do cert testing in 5 business days as well. This does not happen except in very extreme circumstances. Quit getting people's hopes up based on the most optimistic scenario.
i honestly never even knew Forth Bridge existed until today lol
and im 29 and live in the UK, i need to get out more i think
No worries. It took me quite a while to remember how I knew anything about the Forth Bridge. I knew instantly it wasn't the Golden Gate because I've been there; but as to what bridge it was... well, my dad was stationed in Edinburgh during WWII and he had a postcard of it in his photo album.
This new "Important Threads" list is ridiculous. That's the point of having a pinned list up top. This just makes it more tedious to get to what you want at a glance. I'm not going to update my list anymore if this is how it is going to be. Instead of just cleaning up the pinned threads section, they toss everything into a new thread and make it harder to view quickly. The entire process is stupid and I'm not going to update my thread until it is revoked. I hope this has been helpful to the 70,000 + people who have used it.
I'm not happy with the changes, but when I'm sad I stop being sad and be awesome instead.
This will be my first post, sorry for being a douche!
Actually, the Forth Rail Bridge sits over the Firth of Forth, which is the shortest link between Edinburgh and Fife. This sits next to and is on the east side the Forth Road Bridge which looks similar to the Golden Gate.
There are seperate rail and road bridges over the river Tay at Dundee, but they're pretty flat - not much of a MC challenge.
The food video looks cool, if only for the gates in the fencing!
No worries... the bridge at the beginning of the 1.8.2. Minecraft Mob video is then quite clearly the Forth Rail Bridge (as it is not a suspension bridge) and is the same bridge in the postcard my dad brought home. I believe it was a different poster who referred to it as the Forth Road Bridge. I just called it the Forth Bridge (as it was in my dad's postcard)... probably since the Forth Road Bridge wasn't opened until 1964 (per Wikipedia). I am guilty of just assuming that it was at Dundee, since the website I linked to also referred to a "Dundee Ferry." Sorry for my error.
Just found this today! We're gonna be able to block!
This video shows the new food we'll get along with eating animation and that we're getting blocking.

Well..., that is odd I have to admit.
Hopefully this won't be too troublesome for you later on.

Retired StaffUse correct grammar if you want "rep."
"I think you do an amazing job! Whoever agrees should give me some free rep for a post I did absolutely no work on!"
