I would just like a "biome selector" that would allow me to check off the biomes I would like to have (or not have) and then just let the map generate however it wants under those parameters. (like the "generate structures" box, but fancier)

It is by no means 100% accurate, but if you google the kind of seed you want on the PC Minecraft where there are large libraries of seeds, it usually vaguely matches up to Console Edition. For example, if you try a PC Bryce Mesa Seed, you might not get a Bryce Mesa but you probably will get some kind of Mesa. It doesn't directly translate but seeds between PC / console edition do seem to have some common elements. I found a lot of Mesa Biome worlds that way, out of the 8 or so I tried, only 1 didn't have a Mesa.

I know this is the 360 section, but I hope it was delayed so they could fix "Minecraft PS3 Edition has Failed to Load and cannot continue." For those of you who don't know, it's basically impossible to host ps3 world 24/7 currently. They said they were going to fix it in tu31, I was looking forward to that even more than the update itself, but it wasn't fixed.

I don't know if this was the case in TU31 or not, but I noticed that if you exit while on the Nether roof, you'll be teleported to your last spawn when re-entering the world. That's both handy and annoying.

Oh joy...the text for things is really small and annoying to read on my TV now. That's a totally useful and necessary addition.
And in honour of the new update, I'm going to go and finish my PvP map and host it all night instead of using the battle mode!
