Actually it implies to me you can switch to survival from creative on the fly but not back again. But if its just log out load in the other modes it only the same as difficulty changes so not bad really.

I suppose there is always the possibility that we may see skins that aren't included in the release pictures. Skin Pack 2 looks to be a lot like Skin Pack 1: pretty hit or miss. Still, I see a fair amount of great skins that I'm going to consider using.
