Not necessarily. It could come before or after XB1 version is released. I'm just saying that 4J has confirmed that all console versions will be getting the features included in TU14. I suppose you could assume that the update will roll out to all of the then-released console versions at "relatively" the same time depending on differences in cert testing, etc. But I wouldn't read anything into this as a hint at a possible release date - at all.
That just tells me they are working on TU14 for X1 as well. Doesn't mean that TU14 will be out when Minecraft on X1 is released. But it does make sense they will be out around the same time.

IGN randomly posted March on their site and everyone just assumes they're right. 4J and Microsoft haven't made a peep about the release date so I wouldn't trust IGN without question.

I believe it was a date like March 13th (or 17th) for launch title release deadlines. By no means does that mean Minecraft will or will not be released within that time frame, but it's safe to never assume though.
when it comes....it comes....i will be patiently waiting......it would however make sence that is the next gen versions are going to have 14 on them that tu14 comes out about the same time as MC on XBone and PS4

Are you sure it's bedrock? If I'm not mistaken bedrock is currently the last block in the Creative UI. And if you look at the pic there is a scroll bar on the right... which tells me there are more blocks we don't see.
I stared at the twitter pic zoomed-in and can't make heads or tails of that particular block. ... ....
Checking out the wossy pic. I can't tell if maybe that's colored stone or some part of the texture pack because it looks like the city texture pack is being used. The wool, and carpet, looks cool but the floor, desk and sofa look like some sort of stone material... and in different colors!

4J posted a few teasers showing MC on 4 different Consoles (XB360, XB1, PS3, and PS4 ... haven't seen it on the PS Vita yet). They also showed off a number of stuff to be included such as:
emeralds, emerald blocks, (assuming emerald ore), quartz blocks, quartz stairs and half blocks, (assuming nether quartz), villager trading, carrots, potatoes, carrot on a stick, (multicolored) carpet, an picture of a whither, cobblestone and mossy cobblestone fences, tripwire hook and string, enderchest, desert villages, desert temples, jungle temples, pumpkin pie, anvil, anvil repair interface, scroll bar interface on the creative blocks tab... I'm probably missing something....

Did 4j say that x1 will have TU14 when it was released on x1? I didn't see anything that said x1 will roll out with TU14 but perhaps I just missed it.

Though it's not confirmed they will be coming out at the same time, but I think it's a pretty educated guess.

Yeah, it's bedrock. Bedrock isn't at the end of the GUI, it's in the middle near the brick block.
