I appreciate the thread, and it IS full of good information, and it honestly should be stickied. However, some of your side comments are..a little presumptive. For example, saying that "Texture packs are a go!" when it clearly says that they will be looked into is just..false advertising.

Also, I remember reading about free skins in the summer. Is this SoA skin pack the only free one or will there be more this summer? We can't even make guesses as to the 1.8 update, and the SoA skins are the only free ones as of noe unless you count the trial packs. There are not set release dates for other packs yet.

Here's a great way to look at it. The game came out May 9. On July 13th, we got pistons and a couple other small things. It took two months, as they have been working on 1.7.3 even before the first bug fix. Now, if it took them that long to make pistons...
