I tried to build a list of popular games, characters, and tv/movies for the most part. Some people like..some don't. Please be kind with your comments.
edit: Also I didn't list them as specific games (ex: Halo 3 or Dragon Age 2).. its based solely on the title. And you can vote on more then 1 title.
crap I knew I would forget something.. let me see if I can add that to the list
edit: added skyrim under a 2nd question with enough blank spots that I can change in case someone brings another title to my attention. Sorry about that.
EDIT: Well, okay i would like to see what Far Cry + Final fantasy would be if mashedup
Seeing how as they just started implementing these mashups to say no mashups please is kinda silly as they put the time and effort into adding the support for this I doubt they just drop mashups.
I would love 4J to contact SquareEnix and make a fantasy adventure mashup pack that uses the style in many of there old and new RPG games.
Wasn't too thrilled with the mass effect one, as I have never played the game, even though I would play it, it is just not my style I am looking for in my creativity...
If it was to be sci-fi ish... Star Wars would be more close to it, or the Xenosaga/Xenogears would be more interesting... As it stands all I really want to see is a Fantasy adventure swords & sorcery style mash up pack. So elder scrolls anything would be fine, any of SquareEnix's RPG Fantasy titles, among other great game developers....
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
They'd probably never do a Lord of the Rings pack. If you've noticed, they've never done any DLC based on movies, only video games. Most of which are specifically games available on Xbox. So the closest we'd ever get to that would be an Elder Scrolls pack, which would be freakin' sweet. Especially since it's close to Minecraft in setting anyway.
Then of course Star Wars/Trek, as well as Halo. I was actually hoping for a Halo pack in the first place, but oh well...
I recently checked 4j Studios' twitter page, and they mentioned
Did you know 4J Studios ported The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to PS3 for Bethesda? 4J ♥ Bethesda
and not too long after, said
There does seem to be one Mash-up Pack being suggested a lot more than any others, and it's not My Little Pony Sorry Bronies...
The people who responded to the latter tweet offered guesses as to what it was, with 7 saying Skyrim, 1 saying Pokemon, 1 saying Star Wars, and 1 saying Halo.
I have to agree with the majority here. Guys, I think we're getting a Skyrim Mash-up Pack.
None of the above. I honestly want a Spyro 2: Ripto's rage (Gateway To Glimmer to those not in the US) pack with a re-make of Summer forest. Ohhhh the greatness.

Hell, please no! I'd never get my wife away from the xbox again!
Maybe it's because I'm replaying it on the xbox again right now, but I'd love to see a Metal Gear Solid mash-up pack. Especially MGS3: Snake Eater would be pretty cool for several reasons. First of all, you spend a considerable time in that game in the wilderness (mostly jungle), you have to hunt food, and be sneaky.
The same is true - and I've voted for it - for Far Cry. I've played the crap out of FC3, and it's an amazing game. Aside from that, wasn't there a FC3-themed pack or something (don't know what exactly it's called) for the PC version? I don't remember what exactly it included, but I think it had a 1:1 scaled Rook Island world, texture pack, and player skins. A 1:1 scale world wouldn't work for MC360, but a (considerably) shrunken down version might work.
Edit: Found the Minecraft thingy on Ubisoft's FC3 website; it's a custom world along with a texture pack. Check out the screenshots, they look really nice.

Good thing there are a few Lord of the Rings games out there then huh =p
"The top 5 suggestions for Mash-up Packs were Skyrim, Halo, Call of Duty, Star Wars and Borderlands"
"Thanks for all the Mash-up Packs requests! We'll discuss the most requested ones with @Kappische and @PopsRamjet and see what we can do."
Although I highly doubt it, if Mojang Kappische or Bethesda has grudges against each other for them suing Mojang about Scrolls, I hope that we could get some sort of Medieval Mash Up pack like Dragon Age. Also, COD is a terrible game but I love the idea as swords being camo'd tactial knives and bows being guns.

Bethesda may have a grudge against Mojang, but as 4j themselves put it:
"4j <3 Bethesda :)"
4j seems to have confidence that they could get a deal with them.

Updated with titles listed from comments

Now for ones based off games.
Banjo Kazooie, The Elder Scrolls, Rayman, Castle Crashers, Halo (For the themed world), etc.
