I am not sure if this has been posted here or not. But there is a block duplication bug. You can find hundreds of videos of YouTube about it. Please fix it. It takes the fun out of playing. It's minecraft. Not dupcraft.
I didn't see this on the OP and I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but I'll bring it up again in hopes that it will be noticed and fixed:
From what I've tried, the Enderdragon will not be damaged from use of swords. I was playing against it and I whacked it with my sword but the dragon was not taking any damage (and yes, the crystals were all destroyed). Later on, my friend and I were fighting the Enderdragon and neither of us could damage it with a sword. I tried again later with a sword of different material (originally diamond and I tried again with iron) and I had no luck. If I had a guess I think it's a result mainly of lag, as there is still a little bit of it in the End. I also glitched once while eating a golden apple there; I held the button down and the eating animation kept playing with the particles but I wasn't eating it. I think the sword issue was present in TU9 and TU10, but I only experienced the food issue once in TU9.
Has anyone noticed the game freezes a lot by dungeons? I was improving my skeleton grinder + XP Farm, and it froze a few times. It's especially common when booting up the world after saving near the spawner whenever I changed back to normal difficulty to test the changes (not game breaking since it doesn't happen every time, but very annoying).
Just saying, the glitch w/ redstone & chunk boundaries is really bad. It's crippling what I can build & where. If your redstone design is too big & has specific needs for timing, there may be no workaround whatsoever. Hopefully the old glitch that's returned can be fixed a second time. Perhaps I didn't give enough examples of how bad it is. I've been having to drastically change my designs in order to get them to work without being affected by the glitch. Please fix it in TU12.

both are a real problem, if you have to clocks then both will stop if you have one with it set to one or four then you will have no issues if you have no other relays set grater then one are more then 10 on the map. then the clock will stop.
Mobs are all over the place now in and out of the walls this makes the maze a little harder to cope with and win, yet people still get close or bet it. they just have to stay on top of the mobs or they get murdered.
I hope they fix this to I don't like seeing my mobs leave the maze I want them in size the maze, since it is all bed rock and they should not be able to penetrate the walls only Enderman should be able to teleport to other rooms.
I don't know if this is a bug I do like it though when players try to cheat with the ender pearls they end up in the maze walls and die with an arm sticking out and a pearl in hand I am going to have to catch that and put it up on you tube. They always say oh Silly or oh Fiddlesticks I am dying what's going on .. what's happening, I am lagging or something, after they attempt to teleport to the surface.
I have the invisable chest glitch just about every day....
I have about 50 double chests full of items...might be the problem...? Figured I'd try and help.

If the chest issue goes away, you'll know for sure it was the problem. I've been doing a "one-chest challenge" - that involves doing significant builds of various types and going through the end in the game without ever exceeding one double chest for storage. It has really lessened my tendency to hoard items.

Redstone Clocks
2 clocks seem to run for an in unlimited period of time while three or four clocks will shut down over time.
Since the patch this morning I started up four clocks two shut down then the third shut down after a half hour leaving only one clock running.
Repeated with three same effect for about and hour then one left running.
repeated with two and the two have stayed running for most of the day till I shut one down save and quit
so two seem to remain stable while any more than that will not continue to run for a long time.
Still no fixes for the sound effect issues...Do they just refuse to fix these things or just don't plain want to? Ive tweeted numerous times asking about it, i dont EXPECT them to do it, i just hope they will fix them, a simple yes or no or shutup will work. :/

I had that happen, but I didn't start dying. Have you downloaded the newest update? It's worse for me than the last one was. There's quite a bit of lag in the Nether now. I was battling a ghast & heard an explosion. I could tell the game was lagging because I didn't see a crater. About 5 seconds later, I suddenly took 3 hearts of damage, was on fire, & was standing in the middle of a crater. This happens from time to time now. I nailed a creeper twice w/ a fully charged bow up close, hit it twice w/ a sword over a hillside, & it still didn't die. It blew me up afterwards. They still blow up when they shouldn't after the update. Seems like they didn't test enough or bother to fix much. Hopefully they spend a lot of time fixing bugs next update & take at least 5 or so days to test it. I've seen just this in a few hours.

Used to happen a lot to me, but it's a rare occassion now. I feel bad for you. I have a lot of chests too, if that's related. Traveling & reloading chunks seems to be what triggers it for me. When does it happen to you?
Edit: Also, anyone having sprinting issues? I forgot to mention those. I died mutliple times because sprint would never engage. Once you've been hit & knocked back by a mob, you can't sprint for a while, making retreat impossible if you're in the middle of more than one hostile mob.

I will make a new save to a usb and test this, if this is happening as you say this can corrupt your inventory and your save can die if this is goes unchecked with the file pointer, and it can result in loading you in to a new map or cause your map to not load at all eventually

I had not traveled more than 100 blocks from the chest room.
I was playing multiplayer up until just before I took the screenshot.
Interacting with one of the chests fixed the problem.
There are 50 or more chests in the room with approximately 40 signs and 40 picture frames.
Ghast fireball bug:
Ghast fireballs have not been showing the fire animation for me on occasion. Its just an unlit fire charge coming at me. Sorry but I have no information besides that is the same world I posted above.
Mineshafts generate differently if the world is created in creative mode than if the world is created in survival mode.
This was confirmed while generating 1 copy of a particular seed in creative mode and searching for mineshaft chests containing melon sees for another poster here on the forms. I posted the coordinates but the other poster could not find chests in the same locations on his survival version of the seed. To test it, I then generated another copy of the same seed in survival mode and then generated the terrain over the area of the subject mineshaft while still in survival mode. Then I switched into creative mode and went to the coordinates where I had found the chest previously. It was not there and there were other noticeable differences about the mineshaft between the two copies of the seed I had created.
The seed number is -190848329 and the mineshaft chest in the creative mode version is at X-366, Y21, Z68. It is not there in the survival mode version.

I've got a survival world made in TU2 that had the chest glitch in TU5. It had the invisible chest glitch post TU7 on occassion. It seems to happen when I travel away from it & reload the chunks it occurs in (which are the ones w/ the most signs & chests). It only seems to happen in single player, & nothing fixes it, but besides that, it's a lot like your world.
I posted this in support because I couldn't find this fourm becuase I'm dumb! Sorry Anyway here we go:
I changed a desert into grass lands (flat) with the sandstone/sand under the whole sheet of grass.
Every once in a while (perhaps when I log out) not sure, about 15 blocks of grass turn into sand.
Also right next to the appeared sand, about 30 of the grass grows tall grass on it...
2ndly, and i see its been mentioned before, a lot of times I go into my chest room and a bunch of the chests will be invisable.
I thought it was just that room at once and maybe the amount of items was laggy,
but I went into an area with 3 chests and It happened there too.So chests are having trouble appearing,
I have alot of items if it matters. Both these problems happened BEFORE the update, and after. I hope this helps.

In addition to the glitches in TU11 I noticed yesterday, I discovered the worst one yet. All my redstone clocks are frozen. This is just great. Only one of my (cobble)stone generators uses a progress detector instead of a redstone clock (have redstone dust connect after the stone is mined to tell the generator to work again). So now, a lot of my redstone stuff is broken. At this point, I might be so screwed, it may be better to not play until TU12. Hopefully this is it for the glitches in TU11, but you never know.
I have had this issue since TU7 when I save the game or it auto saves after saving the screen will freeze and I am unable to move but all other mobs hostile and non hostile don't freeze so as soon as the game stops freezing mobs (creepers my main problem) continue and with creepers explode or continue harming you. It is rather annoying
