Creepers are way to powerful and their spawning is messed up. This has been getting worse and worse and as the wiki says their damage is never increased. When I first started playing this game I almost never died of creepers now its the only thing that does. You will look around your house, bedrock mine that is lit up and boom turn your back for half a sec and your dead.
PC version 1.3.1- creeper damage is 50% less damage on Easy.
I feel like their damage from launch has only gotten more and their spawning is istant behind you when you have just looked around. Please look into!!!!
a problem i had before TU10 still isnt fixed. iron doors act oddly when set up side by6 side in regard to redstone circuits when both have a current. only one will open and when the urrent is switched off, the one that is open closes and the one that stayed closed before opens. this makes it impossible to have double iron doors. in fixing this i would suggest trying every type of redstone current ( every redstone item.

I think their blast strength is about the same. The holes they make around my base are about the same size as when I first started playing and my death vs. survival ratio from creepers that do blow near me is still about the same overall. The distance next to you where hostile mobs may not spawn is still, I believe, 24 or 32 blocks, which really is not that far a distance for a creeper to cover. I have noticed that they are perhaps not a dumb as they once were. They seem to now actively chose to use depressions in the terrain or trees to hide from the view of the player as they approach, making them easier to miss when quickly scanning behind you.
I was mining down at bedrock last night and I had lights everywhere and I was mining in veins. One spawned right behind me and I blew up when I had just looked around. My mine was all level it just came out of no where. I feel like before you could hear their sound better and now its like a game lag and its a 1ms and then boom instead of a 1.5sec when you go to attack them.

Lag may still be playing havoc with the delay; but then it's still not an issue related to their strength. Personally, I haven't found the lag too bad lately, but I do play offline single-player most of the time and frequently in worlds that are not developed very much yet.
Creepers do not make any sound until they are within 1 block of you. Howevr, what I've noticed is that there is a discrepancy in the Wiki when describing the point at which a creeper extinguishes the fuse and calls off its attack:
"When a player is within one block, they will emit a sibilant hiss and ignite a 1.5-second fuse. If the player leaves this one-block range within 1.5 seconds, the Creeper will abort its countdown and resume its attempts to reach the player. But if the player is still within one block of the Creeper when the fuse runs out, the Creeper detonates, destroying blocks in the area as well as significantly damaging the player."
"When within one block of a player, a Creeper will hiss loudly, start flashing and inflating, and violently explode after 1.5 seconds. Killing a Creeper before the countdown finishes will prevent it from detonating. A Creeper's detonation can be halted if the player moves out of the blast radius (about 3 - 5 depending on the difficulty you are playing on.)" From this, one would assume that on Easy then the distance would be 3 blocks, but they consistently blow up on me when I'm more than 3 blocks away... and this has been this way as long as I've been playing the game (since June/July 2012).

I feel like there is no 1.5 seconds when the sneak up on you and they don't wait the 1.5 sec before exploding when they sneak up or spawn right behind you. For in 1.5 secs I would be able to react but as it is now its the hiss-boom-dead!

As I said previously, lag may be playing havoc with the delay. I do know that there is the same delay as there has always been since I can still go in close to a creeper in my mob trap, get him to start hissing and then successfully back away the 5 blocks needed for him to call off his attack and not blow up at all. If there were now no delay, he'd blow up before I had even backed off a single block; and that's not happening to me.
If, however, the game is lagging at that point, the delay timing may be thrown off by the lag. As I said, I haven't been really experiencing much lag right now in the game at all in any of my worlds... so the implication of that is that I can't really test that part of it for you. The issue may be lag, but it's almost certainly not that 4J suddenly changed the strength, distance, or delay of the blast.
If you accept an invite from a friend and join from the dashboard your xbox will freeze when trying to join/connect.
This also seems to happen when you join for the main menu when just started up Minecraft (and haven't selected a storage device, because this prompt shows up when you select "Play").
Tried both ways yesterday and everytime it would freeze my xbox. I think it's related to not selecting a save device when joining.
I just though this was just happing to me and I have been waiting for someone else to post this bug as well, I can confirm tht this does happen just this way in both cases, including if your move from another game using the invite.
I deleted the cache, and re-downloaded my profile in an attempt to resolve this issue. This did not fix this issues. It could be a memory issue not being cleared or reserved
a problem i had before TU10 still isnt fixed. iron doors act oddly when set up side by6 side in regard to redstone circuits when both have a current. only one will open and when the urrent is switched off, the one that is open closes and the one that stayed closed before opens. this makes it impossible to have double iron doors. in fixing this i would suggest trying every type of redstone current ( every redstone item.
this is a known bug and isnt likely to be fixed any time soon. you CAN have operating double doors with a fairly simple redstone set up. Evil Dog Boy posted this set up earlier in a thread. but i dont remember which thread it was in and have no clue how to find it.
Only issuse I'm having problems with at the moment is the Explosion delay. Doesn't matter what causes it. TNT, Creeper or Ghast. When ever an explosion goes off everything on screen freezes and take 10-20 seconds to catch its self back up. During the time its frozen other monsters can attack you, You could of been killed by the blast. You just don't know until them 10 seconds are up. I know its not lag, Happens for my mates when I host, and happens to me when they host. Its never happend be for. Only after "The End" update. I know theres a lot of people complaining about this. but I would like to know is there a date for the fix or should I just stop playing for awhile?

Could always play in peacefull until the issue is fixed to your satisfaction. give you a chance to get stuff set up for killing monsters later.

I ok here is the fix for this I mad a video on this for every one as well,
you need two pressure plates
two steel door = D
two red stone = R
Two pressure Plates = P
one stone torch to create inverter = I<rt
I think I found another bug, I think it is a screen issue or a hallucination or something has any one else seen this one yet, based on the number of complaints posted here I don't think this number can be correct

Well that explains that. I have blocks reappear after mining every now & then & when I approach areas w/ lots of stuff causing chunks to render (like my main base area, tree network, beach area, twin towers, etc.) there is also some lag + a frame rate drop. This would also explain why creepers seems to almost teleport towards me & why mobs escape the mobs farms by phasing through the walls (I only build mob farms by lots of other stuff I use often, which lags the game sometimes).
Edit: I forgot to mention my XP Farm. I recently added water brakes to make sure the mobs arrive at the endpoint alive since the results were inconsistent. I've checked & done multiple tests on myself, & it should work, but a lot of mobs die at the endpoint. I think mobs are randomly taking damage or water isn't cushioning their falls.
I have been working on a world in Creative for a couple of weeks and had put in several hours of work into it when I logged in Wednesday to find that not only has the world completely reset itself, it seems like it has reset itself to an entirely different seed with different land masses. Strangely, the thumbnail from when I last saved still shows one of the structures I have been working on. Does anybody know how this happened and if there is some way to revert it back.

Haven't had it happen.. but! I did see a post on "creative threads" where some guy lost months of work due to the same issue.. did you exit and save? or tried to open it on a diff xbox(The save file i mean)?

I got music disc 11 legit survival. Suppose to be unobtainable in survival. Is this a bug? I'm probably one of the first to obtain it perhaps?
(Sorry for no actual picture, I don't know how to use the picture thing on these forums.)
lol No it's not a bug and no you're not the first it's always been obtainable...with a creeper death from a skeleton shot

Yes, I first noticed it on opening it on another xbox. This has never happened to me before, however. And I often move between xboxs (I own two and I often play on my friend's when I go to his house).
