Ok so I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but when playing with a friend over xbox live anytime Fire or Creepers explodes the game lags out. This is very very frustrating when trying to play with friends. I thought they fixed this in the TU10 but I guess not. Seems like every time a update it put out the game getts lagger and lagger on single player and when playing over xbox live. I guess I would rather new features and get caught up to the Pc and then a huge Bug fix update later.
Yup everyone experiences the lag except the "host" in my experience.. sucks.

It was supposed to but didn't. Not entirely anyway, still notice it with creepers in the overworld. And its horrible in the Nether; we'd use "bed blasting" (clicking sleep on a bed in the nether as far away as possible so it would blow up a big chunk of Netherrack to gather) and now, it can take as long as ten seconds between the blocks scattering and the actual explosion.
Pretty sure this is not supposed to happen:
I was playing with a friend on our world and he was digging a bunker underground. I happened to walk in front of him and my dog, which must have just been in range (I had several of them but only one teleported) started attacking him. I rarely play with other players and my dogs have never attacked anyone else so I didn't know how to make it stop. My first instinct was to make it sit down, and it sat. However, instead of being a good dog and staying where it was, it continued to jump around and attack my friend, while it was sitting. In the end I had to hit my dog to make it behave. But either way, I'm almost positive they're supposed to stop attacking when they sit down.
Creepers explode too easily. It always used to happen, & it's happening to me again. Anyone else notice creepers explode too soon? I use normal, but even then, they almost always explode no matter how fast you react. Secondly, sprint practically never engages in combat w/ other mobs. It makes it hard to retreat, & has made me die multiple times. Fix the sprint issues.

There are so many wolf glitches anyways. I've heard of Zombie Pigmen being hostile towards innocent players, so this must be what it is. Wolves also attack their owners when they shoot themsleves, which can also be caused by a glitch as well as intentionally doing it. Aiming low w/ a low charge over the edge of a block will hit yourself, making it easy to aggravate your wolves when hunting on a hillside. I haven't had it happen yet, but I'm afraid it might.
A friend was in a game hosted by his friend and both of them sent me invites, but when I tried joining it said I couldn't connect because "You cannot join the game because it has been limited to player who are friends of the host".
I'd assume this is a bug as it wouldn't make sense for it not to allow people the host invites.
I feel like the networking on Minecraft has never really worked good. Even when I have 30mb down and 10mb up I still had lag playing it online. Is this because it's a xbox live arcade game or is it because 4J doesn't know anything about how to build a game with good networking. Sometimes it works ok but its never great i realize there is a lot of things going on in a world but shouldn't it be more ok t great than awful to ok network lag. I really hope as it gets closer to being caught up to the PC version that a more overhaul of bug fixes will come. If they get it up to the PC version just put out like a massive bug fix with more bug fixes to fix the massive one. Or get the bug fix right the first time.
I noticed 2 bugs when using dispensers to pour out and suck in water and lava.
First, dispensers should suck liquid back in as soon as the circuit loses power. Currently it is a 4 step process instead of 2.
1. power on (pour)
2. turn off
3. power on (suck)
4. turn off
The only possible way to work around this is to use buttons. This also takes away from the point of buttons, to send out pulses instead of keeping the circuit on. This also means we can't use repeaters to have a timed circuit that turns itself off (like using temporary water elevators without making a bulky piston system).
Second, any liquid coming from a dispenser pours over signs and ladders instead of stopping like they are supposed to. This makes it impossible, for example, for me to effectively use dispensers with water buckets to send animals down into my redstone powered slaughterhouse I built. I am still stuck using a bulky piston system.

sounds like the host did not have the "Allow Friends of Friends" box checked.
also any chance of adding the fix for water source blocks, so when you take a bucket & fill it it doesn't create water vacuums.
That isn't a bug, its just how water flows. To fix the flow, place a block under the spot you collected, and to prevent creating them, collect water from spots that have a solid block below them

It is a bug, it was fixed in the PC version, it just wasn't a priority at the time.
1.5 13w03a Water source blocks form even if there isn't a solid block under them.
reposted from another section (couldnt find bug list)
Since latest TU10 update playing multiplayer locally i.e. split screen, results in the console crashing circa 20-30mins into a game (black slim hd xbox).
Playing single player seems fine and has gone at least 3 autosaves.
Main player is xbox gold the one is xbox silver and other i believe player created on xbox. The freeze literally results in console not being able to be switched off from controller (frozen screen) and requires reset at console itself. Not sure of exact timings, could possibly be autosave timer warning triggering it BUT i think it may be happening before then.
Have tried new worlds, old worlds, 3 player, 2 player but the same thing happens. Again singe player seems fine.
I remember on first TU had exactly the same problem and 4JSTEVE indicated it was something to do with how the xbox player account was created???
Any advice or is this known about??

well this explains why the mobs stop at the edge in my mob spawner because they see the edge and the signs have changed their properties some how..
1.Sometimes blocks that are pushed by pistons go invisible.(invisible entity block like sand goes invisible sometimes)
2.When a repeater is in front of a piston the power should go through the piston just like it can go through a normal block
(not sure if its a bug or has just not been added yet)
3.when sprinting or mine cart riding you can run into/against a wall and go inside, then you die.
4.Sometimes redstone dust can stay on even when there's nothing powering it like a button or a lever.
5.Endermen don't make any screaming noises when they are angry at you and are seeking you.
If you accept an invite from a friend and join from the dashboard your xbox will freeze when trying to join/connect.
This also seems to happen when you join for the main menu when just started up Minecraft (and haven't selected a storage device, because this prompt shows up when you select "Play").
Tried both ways yesterday and everytime it would freeze my xbox. I think it's related to not selecting a save device when joining.
Wasn't TU10 going to fix this?

Even still if the host invites you it should let you in, it just doesn't make sense otherwise.
Really need to fix the redstone mechanics, main reason I play MC, maybe update it to the PC version or at least implement the fixes.

It wasn't a bug. It was simply the way water acted by design. People found it annoying so they changed it...
Same thing happened to me last night.
