hi guys. so ive been playing minecraft on the xbox 360 for a loooooooong time now. ive just been running out of ideas of things to build and do for fun. lets make a large list of fun things to do. (survival mode only)
Then go to survival, enter the Nether portal, and try to survive for as long as you can. You aren't allowed to leave the Nether unless you die. Don't cheat and give yourself diamond gear, its not fun that way. You should have enough for 3 potions, so make sure you know how to brew. Kill enough pigmen, and you can get yourself some gold armor. Good luck, and let me know how long you last!
Create a huge logo for your favorite school or team, say 70x70, one block thick so you can see it from both sides. Frame it in glowstone or lava so you can see it at night.
Create a huge map of something on the desert floor, viewable from above. I did a map of North America, with torches for all the US state capitals.
Replicate something from the world, like the Statue of Liberty or the Arc de Triomphe or Christ of the Andes.
Build a real building to scale, something from your life like an office, church, school or library, etc. Make it as accurate as possible.
Find a subterranean trench that borders an extreme biome. Then blow out the roof and create something huge like Niagara Falls or Angel Falls that goes from way up to way down.
After you've made a bunch of cool things, build a railway that connects points of interest, running from your home all around your world like a sightseeing train. Run it underwater, over gorges, over lava, etc. Make sure your villages are connected, too. Loop it so you arrive back home.
