Does anyone know how many different trades a single villager can have?
I started with my Blacksmith to see how many trade spots I could open and got stuck at 8 on both of them. (Couldnt unlock anything else new)
So this got me thinking that there may be a cap, so I checked my Librarian and could only get 4 trades to open up per Librarian. This really had me thinking that there was a cap per proffession. Well then I got to the Butcher and 1 had 5 spots and the other got to 6 trades open.
So now I am confused and am asking the community after no searches have came up with anything. I did all my testing while in creative so as to allow easy testing.
I have gotten a blacksmith up to 16 different trades.
black smith has 26 trades.
I already have multiple perfet villagers, I have a blacksmith with iron as last trade, 1 eith gold as last trade, 1 with redstone as last trade, 1 with glowstone, and since the sand generator is fixed I got 1 with glass as last trade. use that guide I posted it helps alot.
