This is sort of a request;
Why does it cost so many levels to rename items? Renaming doesn't affect survival gameplay, only hinders creativity. It should be no more than 5 levels, at least. I mean 42 levels to rename a highly enchanted sword?? C'mon 4J...
Could you please clear something up for me as I haven't played since the new update came out as I am waiting for the Xbox One edition to be released.
Are you able to rename your weapon with lower stats for a lower experience cost and then increase the stats afterward?
You can rename anything un-enchanted and enchanted, but if the item you are renaming is enchanted, it's costs a lot of levels (The reason behind this thread is to see if 4J can't lower the cost)
Edit: Ninja'd lol, yup it's 6 levels if the item is un-enchanted.

Yes you can. I think it's like 6 levels.
